We stayed at this amazing 2 bedroom apartment for 3 days and were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The ensuite bedroom was an added bonus. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and with a convenient parking option at ASDA nearby. The apartment itself was high spec and had a lovely balcony that we weren't expecting. Everything was tidy and comfortable, making it a great place to create new memories. We are already planning our next trip!

The apartment exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and the surprise of an ensuite bedroom. The high-spec amenities and the balcony were an added bonus. The location was perfect, just a straight road away from the city centre, and the availability of cheap parking at ASDA was very convenient. The staff, especially Jordan, were extremely helpful.
The only improvement that could be made is the breakfast selection.

I stayed at Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of York for transit during my recent travel, and I must say, it was incredibly convenient. The apartment is located just 50 km from the nearest airport, making it extremely accessible for weary travellers like myself. the apartment itself was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of travel.
While the overall experience at Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of York was great, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The communal area of the building wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be.

Great for friends visiting York. Two bedrooms & bathrooms for own space, comfortable sitting room. Clean & spacious, beds are cozy. Short walk to attractions, supermarket nearby.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant my friend and I had our own super comfortable space, but we could still hang out in the jaw-droppingly comfy sitting room. The apartment was so clean and spacious, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the city center and with a supermarket nearby. Plus, the unexpected surprise of a balcony was the icing on the cake! Amazing high spec apartment for making unforgettable memories.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment! The balcony was a delightful surprise, and the high-spec furnishings and amenities made the whole place amazing. The location was perfect for me, with just a 10-minute walk to the city center along a straight road. Additionally, having an Asda supermarket just a 2-minute walk away was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the affordable parking option available through the parking app. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and I'm already planning my next trip!

The apartment was spacious and had comfortable beds and sofas. It was also in a great location, just a short walk away from the town center and close to a supermarket. We also enjoyed having two bathrooms, which gave us extra privacy.
There was a bin bag left out on the landing for a whole day, creating a terrible smell. The lift floor was dirty, with chewing gum stuck to it, and there were bits of rubbish on the floor leading to our apartment door.

The location of the apartment is incredibly convenient, with a supermarket just across the road and a short walk to the city center. the apartment itself is spacious, with comfortable beds and sofas, and even a balcony for added enjoyment. the two bathrooms provide excellent convenience for larger groups or families. the host, Jordan, is accommodating and responsive, making sure that any issues are addressed promptly.
The cleanliness of the communal areas leaves much to be desired. the presence of a bin bag on the landing and the lack of cleanliness in the lift and entrance were off-putting.
